As a customer service representative you actively represent the interest of our international customers. As our customers’ first point of contact, you will act as liaison between the customer, internal departments and other branch offices, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
