Our client, a well-renowned company in the customer support area, is looking for a Customer Service Represantive - Dutch (m/f/d) to join their team and sunny offices in Lisabon! Don`t miss the opportunity!
Your tasks
- Open and expand customer accounts.
- You clarify all questions, doubts and complaints by identifiying the reasons of the disturbances and providing solutions. You garantee offering satisfying solutions by an adequate follow-up of each customer case.
- You establish trustful business relationships based on interactive and transparent communication.
- Based on your analisis of client information you create meaningful reports about the products and the services.
- With ability to work in team and significant result orientation you contribute to reach the set team goals.
Your qualification
- Dutch C2.
- English C1.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Well knowledge about Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Openness and goal orientation.
