Currently we are looking for a
Customer & Market Insights Manager (m/f/d) – in Hamburg

As Customer & Market Insights Manager you will be responsible for creating and driving the insights program for the DACH countries for our foodservice B2B business.

Your Key Tasks

Bring in latest trends in the foodservice market in DACH.
Be custodian of the insight culture within Germany / Austria / Switzerland
Drive and enable the digital transformation of the AFH organization
Provide insights on needs and usability of our digital touch points
Work with agency partners to develop expertise for the foodservice business.
Work as business partner to the business leadership team in Germany / Austria / Switzerland, as well as the marketing team and sales
Own market data and provide the business with market performance vs. competition

What you contribute:

University degree
6 years + of working experience in a similar function with strong project management skills.
Passionate about data driven analytics, marketing and building business models of the future.
Strong experience in marketing in B2C or B2B marketing.
Experience in analyzing and reporting campaign results
Entrepreneurial mindset with a test-and-learn mentality
Strong skills in terms of following SOLs (Consumer Love, Talent Catalyst, Business Acumen, Purpose & Service)
Fluent in English and German
