Beetronics produces monitors and touchscreen monitors for professional use. Our display solutions can be found in various applications and are used in many niche industries all around the world. We deliver to other businesses, who integrate our screens into their own solutions. Typically, our clients find us online and therefore our business can best be described as Ecommerce.
The Role
Working mainly from your own home, you will be the primary point of contact of Beetronics for clients in Spain and Italy, from the first touch-point, to sales and after sales service. Beyond consulting with clients over the phone and by email, you will be responsible for optimizing the Italian/Spanish websites. This can range from fine tuning the selling points of our products to get our message across just right, to improving our FAQ, to developing blog content about some of clients most fascinating use cases or find new marketing channels to reach our clients. We are constantly working to improve our business in many ways. In down time, we need someone who is inspired by improving the company in any way you like. In the past this has ranged from marketing to strategy and operations. Together with the team, we decide what projects to launch next and who will be working on them.
Home Office
Our team is always online and we are in direct contact throughout the day via Chat, Phone, Mail, Project management software and video-conferences twice a week. This position requires you to have a dedicated workspace with up-to-date equipment at home. A place where you are able to work focused and without distractions during office hours. Beetronics will provide job-specific equipment for the home-office, such as Dekstop PC, phone, conference equipment, etc.
Your profile
We need someone with excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and Spanish. The ideal candidate is tech savvy. The nature of our products require some basic technical understanding about for example connectors, resolutions, aspect ratios and windows-settings. Besides that, our ecommerce business model, the role and home-office strategy requires someone who is ready and inspired by this digital era. Some key skills and experience we are looking for:
· Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and Spanish
· Experience with customer sales and after sales communications via phone and mail
· Hands-on mentality – You always spot things to do and you’re ready to execute them
· Able to self-motivate and work independently – able to get things done
· Tech-savvy and highly digital · Experience in Online marketing is a plus (Ads, SEO, Analytics)
