The ideal candidate (m/f/d) for this challenging role will have the following characteristics:

• University degree (MSc/MBA) in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance or Information Systems.
• At least 5-10 years of Accounting, Finance, or Business Analyst experience, ideally in combination with a role in IT or in relation to an ERP system.
• Experience in an international matrix organization, e.g. in the area of professional services or similar.
• Good command and understanding of the principles of OLAP.
• Knowledge of consolidation would be a plus.
• Very analytical and structured, detail-oriented way of working.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and experience supporting financial month end close.
• English language skills on negotiation level, both in speaking and writing, is indispensable. Fluency in some other language, e.g. German, is a huge advantage.
