WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual closings in production plant
- Preparation of financial reports, cost reports, balance sheets, leading budgets and financial forecasts for local management and headquarter in Germany
- Analysis of company KPIs (sales, costs, production, personnel, inventory), presentation of variances (actual vs budget) to local management with proposals for improvement
- Preparation of project calculations for customers
- Improving controlling and financial processes
- Controlling of investments and preparation of amortization calculations
- Inventory controlling incl actions for optimization of inventories
- Preparation of documents for transfer pricing
- Preparation documents and providing information to external auditors
- Partnered to controlling community, close cooperation with accounting, mother company and other departments
The vacancy will be staffed at our site in Basse-Ham
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Three years of professional experience minimum (full time job)
- Professional experience in an industrial company
- SAP (advantage), MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Languages: English (business - communication with headquarter), German (advantage)
- Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills to interact with other departments and management
