The Corporate Procurement division is responsible for sourcing all indirect materials, goods, and services. We serve as the interface between our company’s production sites and the procurement markets. We work to secure optimal procurement conditions and to ensure that our sites are well supplied.
The Corporate Controlling team is responsible for providing actionable financial information and ensuring adequate monitoring of investment projects.

Contract Manager (m/f/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
You support the execution and delivery of significant investment projects in close cooperation with: Project Management, Controlling, and Procurement.
You support contract negotiations with different contractual partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
During the delivery/implementation phase, you act as the interface between the supplier and the relevant Aurubis departments.
You monitor contractual partners’ and suppliers’ fulfillment of contract objectives and obligations.
You carry out contract reviews to identify and clarify additional demands, deviations, and problems.
You ensure that the contents of contracts are fully implemented.
You develop and conduct regular project controlling and reporting tailored to the project at hand.
Your job will include assignments at other Aurubis sites (in compliance with the current Aurubis travel guidelines).
Ihr Profil
You have successfully completed a master’s degree in economics or a comparable subject.
You have several years of strong professional experience in procurement or controlling, in complex investment projects, with a major in one area of responsibility, but interest and experience in the other.
You are experienced in monitoring large-scale capex projects.
You bring extensive knowledge of contract management.
Your spoken and written English skills are very good.
You have an entrepreneurial, cross-departmental mindset and approach, and you regularly put your negotiation skills to work.
You are capable of finding effective solutions to problems and complex challenges.
You are assertive and like to take on responsibility.
Confident manners and strong communication skills round out your profile.
