We are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage different projects and support our existing C&B team within the People & Organization (P&O) department. Our C&B team is responsible for developing and executing the reward strategy for the Zalando group in close collaboration with the senior management team and Management Board. The scope of responsibilities of the team includes total reward bench marking, regular salary review processes, executive compensation, as well as the design and implementation of global equity plans. In addition, the team is responsible for managing the group’s comprehensive employee benefits portfolio.
