Your Responsibilities:
- Creation of a collaborative environment among our tenants through events, communication, information and personal introductions
- Sharing content through website, app and social media
- Plan, organize and manage community events
- Identify opportunities to engage with and connect members
- Show prospective tenants the premises (book a tour – over the app); and explain the products and services of myhive as well as the myhive APP features.
- On and off-boarding of myhive members (mydesk, myoffice, myflex); introduction of tenants to myoffice
- Handle reservations for myoffice, mydesk, meeting, conference, fitness rooms and other facilities offered in the property
- Plan and execution of community management budget
- Design and implement guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience
- Cooperation with external providers and agencies in order to organize events for tenants and community in accordance with myhive standards
- Cooperation with external providers in selection, training and support of the welcome desk staff
- Support to Asset Managers to connect tenants
- Maintain our myhive brand standards and expectations as well as constant improvement regarding brand development
Your Profile:
- Hospitality and events experience required
- Experience in connecting people and creating communities is a plus
- Social media experience required
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Demonstrate drive, integrity, dependability, responsibility and empathy
- Passion for and understanding of myhives mission and values
- High level of motivation and self-organisation
