We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible:
Commercial Supply Chain Manager (gn)
For our recently launched product, you will strengthen the Commercial Supply Chain Team. Through innovation and your management of external vendors, ranging from manufacturing through packaging and distribution. Your main tasks are delivering the right product, at the right time, to the right place and at the best cost.
Your Responsibilities:
- Active member of the Global Supply Chain working cross-functionally to ensure continued commercial supply
- Management of Supply Chain vendors for Finished drug product packaging, storage, and logistics and performance monitoring (KPI´s) including improvement activities
- Managing end-to-end supply information flow from vendors and suppliers to the internal customers
- Support vendor selection processes, vendor and contract management
- Support in demand consolidation, supply planning and scenario analysis activities
- Support supply allocation process through supply chain
- Management and tracking of inventory and development with suitable mitigation actions to avoid supply risks
- Development of appropriate commercial supply strategies and distribution
- Packaging coordinator, responsible for keeping packaging and labelling instruction versions up to date
- Leading, owning or supporting projects (supply chain internal and/or cross functional)
- Support budgeting activities
- Support S&OP processes
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master´s Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering
- Ideally a minimum of six years of experience in supply chain management (Biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred)
- Understanding of GxP principles and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical development for pharmaceutical supply management with virtual network.
- Strong on scenario planning and analytical skills with ability to anticipate problems and recommend solutions
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SC tools (e.g. Artwork Management Tool, Scenario Planning Tool and Inventory Management)
- Experience in SC digitalization / automation (Industry 4.0)
- Demonstrated knowledge in serialization processes (US and EU)
- Excellent project management skills in matrix organizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and German
- Demonstrated knowledge in LEAN methods
