CRM Operations & Technical Manager – European (m/w/d)
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Be the technical champion of the European CRM team and the go-to person for all technical CRM queries and projects
- Manage and maintain the CRM infrastructure including the on-going optimisation and standardization of systems, databases, and processes
- Lead the technical implementation of the CRM strategy and roadmap, including the development of campaigns mechanics, automations, email templates, segments, system integrations, etc.
- Identify, ideate, and implement improvements, new features and processes which enable the CRM team to work more efficiently and effectively and provide customers with the best experience
- Support the CRM Lead with the technical implementation of CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys in our smaller markets
- Provide technical support, expertise and coaching for the CRM managers
- Concept, manage and implement complex projects collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver
You require:
- 1- 3 years working in a technical role
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent
- An understanding of CRM fundamentals and principles (database solutions, data feeds, email templates, email personalization etc…)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL and exposure to API development
- Ability to manage and prioritize complex projects, while communicating with multiple internal / external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability communicate technical topics to none-technical colleagues in a clear and effective manner
- Curious and motivated by technology and be willing & able ‘to get your hands dirty’
- ‘Get it done’ attitude ensuring you focus on solutions and workarounds no matter how many times you’ve been hit a roadblock
- Experience with CRM systems; Selligent experience would be highly regarded, but not required
- Strong written & oral communication skills in (English), skills in other relevant languages (e.g. German, Dutch, French) will be regarded but not required
