Great opportunity to join the Finance and Controlling team at Metro Markets GmbH. In this role you will be working closely with and be supported by an experienced and supportive Head of Controlling & Fraud Prevention.

As the “(Business Intelligence and Data Analytics) Controller”, you will be working within Finance team but with a very close collaboration with our Marketplace Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team and have a strong focus on taking care of our data warehousing & BI infrastructure with the emphasis on Finance needs.

You will be working with data on daily bases by retrieving it from the (structured) database; supporting the team in developing processes to track operating and financial KPIs in day-to-day operations (taking responsibility for business analytics), automation and execution of monthly closings and financial reporting with consecutive analysis; development of the management reporting landscape; the establishment and insurance of the quality control over financial transactions. This is an ideal role for a fast learning, proactive, motivated, open minded person who has a strong desire to develop.
