Static Control Components (Europe) Ltd is a multi-national company and a global market leader in the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of products for the electronics and laser cartridge recycling industries.
Due to continued and rapid expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to take on the responsibility of growing our dealer and distribution channel. We are specifically looking to grow our team in the DACH region. Reporting into the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building profitable and sustainable sales of Static Control laser and inkjet cartridge products to maintain the Company’s position as the industry’s leader in the supply of current and future technology and provider of the highest quality of service to customers. you will not necessarily need previous industry experience, but you will have a "hunter" sales style and be confident to start with a "blank page" to build up new business. To be considered for the role you will have previous experience, and proven success, in sales and account management and direct selling, with ability to grow and develop new business while maintaining existing sales. To be considered for one of the positions above you will need to speak English and German. Previous experience of working within the office products industry would be an advantage. You will demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to understand business, the industry and the operational and economic context in which the customer operates. Selling a technical product will require a technical appreciation and the ability to understand the functionality of products. This role will be based from a home-office in Germany.
