As we continue to transform our organization into the future, an exciting job opportunity became available for an experienced sales person within the Clinical Laboratory field.
Position Summary:
Manages Ortho Clinical Laboratory business on a prescribed territory and supports account managers to deliver a set of individual and national sales targets and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedules appointments and makes pre-planned sales presentations to customers utilizing core marketing selling tools and product knowledge.
Required Competencies:
Organizational and Industry Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of the organization and management of the healthcare and laboratory structure in Germany is essential. Knowledge of the market and the competition and the ability to compare and contrast their products with Ortho products is an advantage. Must also have a demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of project management.
General Experience
At least 5 years of working experience in a hospital/industrial laboratory environment or a laboratory equipment Clin Lab sales role.
Full current German driving license and fluent German language is required.
Ability to travel extensively in the Germany with overnight stays and occasional European and Worldwide travel.
Education:
Degree Level is preferred from a relevant scientific discipline.
Experience:
Must: Previous experience in Clinical Laboratory.
Must: Previous experience in Medical diagnostic/device sales and proven track record min of 5 years.
