Roles and responsibilities:

• Act as spokesperson of complex (analytical) problems between Leadership, Marketing, Data Scientists and Engineers. You drive and prepare interactions on all data, analytics and performance topics by bridging technical expertise with operational expertise/commercial business
• Act as primary liaison between the campaign/product owners and the local data stewards ensuring that relevant data is available to solve business questions
• Actively explore new analysis to enhance best-in class customer experience, e.g. improve omnichannel performance through increasingly personalized campaigns and higher segmentation accuracy 
• Produce regular post-launch performance reports, calling out performance against benchmarks and target KPIs for digital content, products & services, e.g. campaigns and segments at various stages of post launch
• Supports campaign/product owners, digital portfolio lead and PO in setting campaign/tactic/platform specific KPIs
• Support campaign/product owner in maintaining oversight of campaign overlaps, both in terms of segmentation/targets and execution timelines 
• Collaborate with Data Scientists & Engineers and IT to ensure models are developed and updated according to business requirements and that they are integrated to other components in an appropriate way
• Identify ways to capture new data (e.g., CRM, sensors), clear organizational hurdles to gain access to data and forge partnerships with 3rd party data providers
