As an interface to Product Management, Operations and IT, the area Business Process Management is responsible for the global air and sea freight processes of Hellmann. This includes the identification, design and improvement of business processes. As a result, it also contains all IT-related topics, such as automation and digitalization. In addition to the design and continuous improvement of processes, our Business Process Management team is responsible for the implementation of business processes and ensuring their sustainability.
We are looking for a Business Analyst for our team in Hamburg. The focus of your role will be to support the rollout of a new global Transport Management System (TMS) in-line with the Business Transformation coming along with it. You will directly support the project team at all levels – from analysis to implementation phase. You will gain valuable working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Role Profile and Key Responsibilities:
Gather, validate and document business and system requirements
Ensure the set-up of the new TMS fulfils business needs
Responsible for software quality management
Identify/rollout TMS enhancements, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team
Support the continuous development and improvement of training materials
Key Skills and Requirements:
Understanding of the global freight forwarding industry
Experience with the implementation of a Transport Management System
Profound knowledge and experience in requirements engineering for software solutions
Experience in software testing
Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
