About the role

As Agile Coach at MBition you will facilitate, improve and coordinate the work of our Android Integration Team. The vision of the team is to enable any Android content on our MBUX Infotainment System while ensuring a fully integrated “best or nothing” user experience and considering market specific needs. As being an essential part of the team, you will…

• help team members to make sure they commit only to what they can achieve in an agile sprint
• guard the team from unplanned interruptions from external stakeholders
• help team members ensure to always seek further improvements and increase efficiency in their daily tasks
• help team members to define tools/templates used in the daily tasks
• help team to improve culture, e.g. collaboration and work climate
• make ensure each team member understands the bigger picture of the project organization.
