The candidate is accountable for the co-creation and implementation of the strategic HR agenda within the new business unit and the driving force behind creation and implementation of the local people strategy. Moreover the HR Business Partner is regarded by the business unit as the expert in the field of people performance and HR to represent the complete HR service / value chain. As part of the German leadership team, the role works closely with senior stakeholders across the whole organisation and has the overall responsibility from a HR point of view for the offices in Frankfurt and Munich.
