As an intern (m/f/x) assisting with the training and program development in the DHL Supply Chain division, you will help develop standard training and induction processes for DHL's Driver Shortage Program. You will manage the development our training scheme for drivers; gather program content in communication with people who supply content and develop e-learning; and create training packs for e-learning, F2F, PowerPoint, etc. You will also assist with on-boarding programs using the new technology available to Human Resources.
