Data, analytics and insights are of significant importance for the execution of our global HR strategy – and an exciting challenge for our newly created global HR Reporting & Analytics team in Hamburg. In parallel to our HR digitalisation and data standardisation program you will establish a global HR Reporting & Analytics strategy, which will reorganize our reporting landscape and prepare us for further steps towards analytics.
You will be responsible for the global delivery of standardised HR reports, setting up an effective HR reporting and analytics service and developing the underlying solution landscape (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, SuccessFactors Reporting, Analytics Ecosystem). Whether it is recruiting and hiring, diversity, succession and talent management, performance management, rewards or fluctuation – you are going to determine the most important strategic questions with senior stakeholders and translate them into information needs. These information needs can be addressed through a range of solutions and services – from basic standard reports and dashboards to sophisticated analysis across the entire employee lifecycle, considering internal and external data sources. By understanding and evaluating the most recent technology and analytics trends as well as exchanging with peers and networks about best practices you will drive innovation in this exciting area.
