Group Legal provides business-oriented highly specialized legal advice to the Management Board, the Supervisory Board as well as to other departments of Allianz SE and assumes responsibility for legal matters that have groupwide relevance or require a centralized decision-making process. Group Legal has 24 fully qualified lawyers, which are organized in different teams. The vacancy to be filled is within the team "Competition, IP, IT & Digital Initiatives". The focus is on the provision of high quality legal advice in the area of German and European Competition Law. In addition, candidate must be open and prepared to work in further areas of law, e.g. IT/Digital and contract law.
Advising Allianz SE as well as OEs in competition law matters (incl. merger control), actively supporting the groupwide antitrust compliance and projects/initiatives with a focus on IT/Digital/Partnerships.
