For our PDP project management, for the engineering change management and the R&D apply company-wide processes, methods, and (IT) tools . Currently, approx. 1,700 employees worldwide are supported in these topics by a central project management office (PMO) in Neuss.
In addition to the already offered trainings and webinars, a worldwide and at anytime available, digital training and information platform is required. The platform shall be designed according to didactic points of view and for different target groups.
One aim of the PDP E-Learning project is to develop modular learning units and to define them "ready for production". For this project and the expansion of a comprehensive E-Learning platform we are looking for a trainee.
The trainee´s essential task will be to generate so-called storyboards for selected learning units in coordination and together with the process owner, with internal experts and users . The storyboards shall be used later as the basis for e.g. videocasts or screencasts.
Activities arising in this context, such as documentation, the organization of meetings and the expansion of the glossary for the above-mentioned specialist areas are also part of the tasks of the trainee.
