In this role you assure proper HR work in daily operational business and projects and you support and give advise to managers and staff in our stores and our local head office. As a HR generalist you partner the business in line with the HR strategy and strive for optimal performance & wellbeing of all Rituals Employees. You are responsible for providing and creating tools to steer, guide and influence the Rituals business leaders in creating trust, pride and happiness to become the place to be to work. You renew and optimize existing ways of working, effectively through innovative new solutions.
You influence the organizational and procedural decisions and focus on HR policies & processes and advise the business leaders. You act as a sparring partner for business leads to advise leadership and behavior in an inspiring and creative way. You provide measurable input to define the direction of HR and support managers in optimizing results and allocating resources optimally. You report into the HR Manager and are part of the HR team. You are also part of diverse project teams as lead or member.
