As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager (Tools, Automations & AI), you'll own and evolve our commercial systems architecture. Your focus will be building, optimizing, and scaling the tooling and processes that power our Sales, Account Management, and Support teams. * Drive structural system improvements – Lead large architecture topics such as CRM object restructuring, organizational structure representation, support/AM integration, and documentation automation. * Support commercial teams operationally – Resolve ad-hoc admin and tooling requests efficiently and continuously improve systems based on feedback. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, Marketing, and Product. 3–5 years in Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a scale-up - Relocation support – Assistance with paperwork, travel, and one month of furnished accommodation.
