As (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager Retail Media (m/f/d) you are responsible for creating, developing and optimization performance marketing campaigns for our ABOUT YOU brands and partners.
Responsibilities
- Be the main contact person for our brand partners regarding performance marketing campaigns;
- Perform regular account management responsibilities;
- Pitch About You Campaign Manager to prospecting partners.
- Work closely with account managers and other team members to ensure partner long term success;
- Support and coach partners in using the About You performance marketing solution.
- Manage pay-per-click campaigns on behalf of partners from conception to planning and implementation;
- Follow-up on performance marketing campaigns by monitoring dashboards and reports, deriving recommendations/optimization potentials
- Identify and communicate best practices and patterns to the team
Requirements
- Passion for internet marketing
- Above-average degree in economics or a comparable education
- Very good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong ability to cooperate with our brand partners
- Proactive and initiative mindset, also questioning existing structures
- Quick comprehension and structured way of working
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- German is a plus
