Our Key Account team ensures that our key account partners are optimally developed from assortment and pricing management to retail media initiatives and strategic revenue growth. * Lead 2 teams (Key Account Management and Operations) with a total of around 10 employees. The Operations team is responsible for managing our and the operational implementation of all retail media activities. * Serve as the link between Key Account, Operations, and other internal stakeholders such as Assortment, Sales, Platform, and Retail teams. * Experience in e-commerce, ideally in category management, key account management, or retail media. As team lead, you will manage both teams, act as a sparring partner for the department head, and ensure that our develop successfully, projects are executed efficiently, and teams collaborate effectively.
