                        Eppendorf products are used in academic and commercial research laboratories, e.g., in companies from the pharmaceutical and biotechnological as well as the chemical and food industries. * Provide ongoing partner support through technical and commercial training, co-selling, joint customer visits, and assistance with quotations and tenders. * Develop and execute EMEA go-to-market and sales strategies for direct and channel business, including pipeline building, forecasting, and performance management (CRM, MBR/QBR). * Drive the full direct sales cycle: identify and qualify leads, prepare proposals, conduct technical product demos (e.g., bioreactors, controllers, sensors), negotiate, and close deals. * Build, onboard, and manage channel partners across EMEA, including contracts, targets, enablement, and partner programs (pricing/discounts, deal registration).
