About the role: The Scrum Master NetSuite EMEA facilitates agile processes within global, cross-functional teams responsible for the ERP system NetSuite used in the EMEA region, the associated warehouse and transportation management systems, the corresponding ecommerce platform and the global data warehouse. * 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile role, ideally in a cross-functional environment * Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) with strong understanding of Agile frameworks - This role ensures adherence to Scrum principles, fosters team collaboration, and removes impediments to enable continuous delivery of value. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) ensuring effectiveness and time-boxing. * Promote Agile principles and coach team members on Scrum practices to enhance maturity and performance.
