The department “HR and Finance Academy” is responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of Development Programmes as well as strategic Learning Solutions for defined positions inside the company. We focus on our talent pipeline in order to make sure that Metro`s future managers are ready to take over high-level leadership positions in a short term.
Additionally the LED (Learning Experience Design) team guarantees a professional quality standard throughout the whole learning experience. As a crucial part of their daily work, state-of-the-art processes and systems related to Blended Learning, training administration and KPI reporting are mastered. Efficiency and innovation is driven on an international level.
