Technical Process Management Projects (m/f)

At the earliest possible date, we seek at our location in Munich the following candidate (m/f): TECHNICAL PROCESS MANAGEMENT PROJECTS (m/f) Job Description Leading subprojects which require anything from between 5 - 500 Mandays Release coordination and planning Planning software rollouts and coordination of Downtimes Consult Payback departments in central Europe and other locations Support of development processes regarding new customer processes Handle effort assumptions and operational requirements Plan and build up new Loyalty Management Systems and Environments Contact person for the 2nd and 3rd Level Support for our Partner Management and other internal departments with functional responsibility Testing and rollout of new functionalities, Customer Processes or Interfaces Create documentations for Operations Concepts and Operations manual for the 2nd Level Support Teams Your Profile Completed studies in IT or similar educational level Several years professional experience in IT Operations and/or Customer Process Support from other programs Administrator skills Advanced technical skills and experience with more than one technology Basic Business Consulting experience is a great plus ITIL Foundation (advantageous) Absolute analytical approach with operational issues Monitoring and alerting principles and development know how Proven experience in leading projects Office Tools (MS Project, Power Point and Excel) Good understanding of incidents that could have impact on Security Very Good communication skills both in German and English Ref: Unternehmen: Stellentyp: Berufsfeld: PB11_229 PAYBACK GmbH Professionals IT Project Management How to contact usFurther details are available on our applicants portal: www.loyaltypartner-jobs.com Klicken Sie hier, um sich auf diese Stelle zu bewerben.
