For our Frankfurt based M&A and Debt Advisory team we are looking for highly motivated and passionate interns. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support our team in providing comprehensive financial advisory services to Mid-Market companies, Family Offices and Private Equity clients.

Candidates will:

• Work closely with a team of highly experienced investment bankers
• Gain first-hand experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Advisory transactions within the European Mid-Cap segment
• Be an integral part of the team and actively work on live transactions
• Get the opportunity to take “ownership” for a broad range of assignments
• Have the opportunity to recommend themselves for a permanent position with N+1

Candidates will be assigned to various tasks including:

• Preparation of presentations (e.g. for Pitch Books)
• Valuation exercises (e.g. Multiples, DCF, LBO)
• Market analyses
• Research

The profile of successful candidates:

• At least one year of university education with above average grades
• Preferably with previous work experience in investment banking, financial advisory, audit, controlling or management consulting
• Fluent in German and English
• Available throughout the year for three up to six months
