To foster our growth we offer broad responsibilities and challenging tasks, enabling our people to raise the bar in all fields of our business – every day right from the start. <h3>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</h3> In this interesting role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing regional sales strategies in cooperation with Country Unit Sales Managers and Digital Sales Managers as well as for developing a trade promotions strategy for the digital field. This includes setting up an annual sales plan in cooperation with other functions. You will align all digital sales activities with our brand strategy, monitor performance and make sure business objectives are met, analyse relevant data and provide recommendations for enhancing performance. In addition, you will contribute to the communicative flow and to the process of knowledge sharing across management, unit and headquarters. In your daily activities you will interface with a variety of internal and external partners, enabling you to establish effective networks. <h3>YOUR SKILLS</h3> This position requires an excellent networker (f/m) with a university degree in a relevant area and several years of experience in the field of e-commerce management, account management or brand marketing. While fluency in English is essential, German language skills would be advantageous. From the personal point of view, the ideal candidate (f/m) is expected to combine strategic foresight with creativity and to travel internationally. We look forward to hearing from you.
