More information at: www.metrogroup.de For our Corporate unit Food Management we are looking for a <h2>Food Product Manager / Sourcing Specialist (m/f)</h2> This multifaceted assignment involves: • Coordinate the common range harmonization across different countries and collect country needs in terms of product range • Manage selective common sourcing projects • Coordinate the whole product development process through eSourcing tool in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (Packaging, QA, SC, Local Cat.Man.) • Prepare supplier meetings and align tactics with superior • Analyze and compare RFQ inputs from suppliers • Negotiate the best quality/price ratio and commercial terms • Align supplier selection and agreements • Report to superior each supplier meeting outcome • Update eSourcing tool data base (prices, volumes, supplier contracts…) • Check eSourcing status and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Packaging, QA, SC, Local Cat. Man.) • Follow-up stock levels of finished products and packaging and react accordingly • Keep close track on supplier production capacity and coverage rate • Monitor competition / market (range, packaging, QA), analyze gaps vs current assortment and recommend measures The position requires: • Preferably university degree preferably in Economics / Trading • International profile • Communication and analytical skills • Fluent in English • Social skills and team spirit • 3 successful years of working experience in Food Procurement, preferably in an international environment Die Stelle ist frei ab: right away Are you interested in working in a professional team?
