Every day, around the globe, our imprints, books, journals and resources reach millions of people, helping researchers and scientists to discover, students to learn and professionals to achieve their goals and ambitions. The company has almost 13,000 staff in over 50 countries. The ORG Institutional Engagement dept. focuses on building partnerships with institutions, through B2B efforts. Our aim is to determine, understand and support the needs of the institution in order to meet customers’ OA needs, drive APC revenue through institutional accounts, raise ORG and OA brand awareness and cultivate solid business relationships. Through a customer centric approach, we aim to build products to meet these needs, whilst also working to meet overall business objectives. This is a French and/or German speaking outreach role, supporting the Institutional Engagement Manager in French and German speaking territories. With the manager, the Institutional Engagement Executive will focus on building and cultivating institutional relationships, acting as the SpringerNature ORG ‘go-to’ person for institutions. They will be responsible for providing customer-centric support to meet institutional OA needs relating to SpringerNature OA publishing – including, but not limited to: centralised billing, reporting, compliance & deposition services. They will also gather, document and share market intel within the business, in order to develop appropriate strategy and products to meet institutional OA requirements."
