This includes problem solving of complex incidients and problem, support and coaching of 2nd/3rd level team as well as monitoring SLAs and KPIs and initiate activities within escalations. Furthermore you are responsible for the functional/technical consulting for change requests, Business continuity plans as well as initiate and manage continuous improvement process and identify and drive up/cross selling opportunities. In addition your tasks include ressource planning, optimize capacity utilization and claim management. The Senior Business Solution Manager is responsible for - Problem solutions of high complexity - Functional management of a service team at different locations including offshore - Continuous improvement process with deep business process knowhow - Supervising of development activities within complex AM contracts Anforderungen This roles requires the ability to consult for complex and business critical applications and the coordination of a heterogenious supplier environment. For this role an education at an university and more than 5 years of professional experience is required. Due to the size and variety of the contracts, specific requirements are a wide skill set and a deep architectural knowledge.
