We’re looking for a passionate Affiliate Marketing Manager with outstanding multitasking and organizational skills, who loves to work in a fast-growing, international and innovative-thinking environment. <h2>Affiliate Marketing Manager (f/m)</h2> <h5 style="width: auto; background: transparent url(../images/bg_title.png) no-repeat 0 0"> Affiliate Marketing Manager (f/m) </h5> <h3>Your Responsibilites</h3> Establish the affiliate network and grow the business through expanding the affiliate network and by providing the right tools Develop the core strategies to increase effectiveness of our affiliate programs and drive profitable growth Identify and negotiate cost effective corporations and manage relationships with current partners Report key performance metrics, results and success Perform detailed analysis and develop forecasting, testing and measurement capabilities to optimize performance Manage our marketing budget and communicate key insights to the management Lead and mentor a team of international online marketing interns <h3>Your Qualifications</h3> Multiple years of experience in Affiliate Marketing BA/BS or equivalent, MBA preferred 2+ years of experience in online marketing with proven track record of growing businesses within affiliate marketing sector Experienced in successfully handling a bunch of partners and affiliates/affiliate networks Systematic and strategic thinking as well as imagination and creativity Detail-oriented, ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Teamwork experience, preferably with an experienced marketing team Start-up experienced <h3>What we offer</h3> Work at a fast growing company with flat hierarchies Work in a fast-paced and international environment Competitive salary and a great international, entrepreneurial environment Ground floor opportunity, as an early member of our business operation team you’ll shape the business direction of the company Work and live in awesome Berlin Up for a challenge?
