Your responsibilities: ASIC development with focus on the implementation of high-performance analog sensor evaluation circuits for automotive and non-automotive applications concept evaluation, analysis of implementation alternatives and patent evaluation system design and modeling, design of the complete signal processing path characterization, verification and documentation of engineering results support and coordination of layout, test engineering, qualification and series production ramp-up development and analysis of new architectures (design front-end) in collaboration with internal and external research and engineering divisions Your competencies and qualifications: Dipl. Ing. / MSEE or equivalent and at minimum 3 years of experience in IC design, preferably in sensor ASIC design with low power design techniques very good knowledge of analog circuit design, analog verification methodologies and ASIC design process prefered switched-capacitor circuit design, ADC's, Sigma-Delta experience with MATLAB/Simulink, AMS-Design good knowledge of measurement-based evaluation of analog circuits good knowledge of semiconductor processes for integrated circuits strong team player and good communication skills, willingness to work in an international team consumer focus, practical orientation, decision making capabilities, ability to convince others Further informations: www.bosch-sensortec.com www.bosch-career.com Make it happen.
